• Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Tracking is issued only after painting, curing, assembly, inspection, and testing are complete.
• Orders may only be cancelled before custom preparation or production begins.
• Once custom work begins, the order cannot be cancelled because of a change of mind or the production wait.
• Custom-painted products are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the order.
• Approved claims may require photos, video, troubleshooting, and return authorization.
