Warranty Policy

All products sold by The Auto Jeweler are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

 

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • LED failure or malfunction
  • Water damage (due to normal usage and proper installation)

 

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Physical damage from accidents or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper voltage or electrical shorts

 

Warranty Period:

Coverage lasts for one year from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@theautojeweler.com with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Description of the issueClear photos or videos demonstrating the defect or failure
  • Our team will respond promptly to assist with replacements or repairs.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We also offer a 30-day Return Policy for all our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item for assistance with returns or exchanges.
