AutoJeweler Warranty Policy

AutoJeweler LLC stands behind the quality of our products. We test, document, and inspect each item to ensure proper function before shipping. This policy outlines what is covered, what is not covered, and how to file a warranty claim.


1. Standard Warranty Coverage (Non-Custom Products)

All eligible AutoJeweler LED emblems and accessories include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • LED failure or malfunction
  • Water intrusion (with proper installation)
  • Wiring or driver/controller defects

Not Covered:

  • Improper installation or incorrect wiring
  • Physical damage, impact damage, or accidents
  • Normal wear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
  • Modifications (cut or altered wires, splicing, disassembly)
  • Electrical damage from overheating, shorting, or vehicle power issues
  • Removing and reinstalling the product onto another vehicle
  • Damage caused by third-party installers

2. Custom Products & Flow-Series Products

Custom items do not include the standard 1-year warranty. These include:

  • Custom RGBW Flow Series badges
  • Custom painted products
  • Modified LED badges
  • Any product built specifically for the customer

Custom products are fully tested before shipping and documented to confirm functionality.

Extended Warranty for Custom Items:

  • Extended warranty plans are available for purchase at checkout.
  • Extended warranties must be purchased before the product ships.

3. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to purchases made directly from AutoJeweler LLC or an authorized reseller.


4. Product Registration (Recommended)

Registering your product helps speed up future warranty claims and ensures fast processing.

Registration is not required to receive warranty service, but it allows faster verification and processing.


5. Installation Notice (Important)

We strongly recommend installation by a trained automotive professional such as:

  • ASE-certified mechanic
  • Certified automotive lighting technician
  • Certified stereo/alarm/LED installer

AutoJeweler LLC is NOT responsible for vehicle damage resulting from installation errors. Warranty coverage does not include labor, installation fees, or removal/re-installation costs.


6. Warranty Shipping Policy

Within 30 Days of Delivery:

  • AutoJeweler covers the full cost of replacement shipping for verified defects.
  • If a return is required, a prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. customers.

After 30 Days (Up to 1 Year):

  • Warranty replacements remain free.
  • Customer pays a flat shipping fee (approx. $12) for replacement parts.
  • If a return inspection is required, customers in the lower 48 states may receive a return label at AutoJeweler’s discretion.

Non-Defective Returns (Sent in for testing):

  • If the product is found not defective, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item back.

International Customers:

  • Responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

7. Discontinued Products

If a product under warranty has been discontinued, AutoJeweler will offer one of the following:

  • A substitute or upgraded product (closest available match)
  • A discounted quote for matching components if symmetry or color match is required

8. How to File a Warranty Claim

Proof of purchase is required.

  1. Email us to request the Warranty Claim Form: support@theautojeweler.com
  2. Complete all sections of the form. Missing information may delay processing.
  3. Submit clear photos or video of the defect or malfunction.
  4. An RMA number will be issued if a return is required.
  5. Packages received without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

9. Additional Terms

  • Clearance and final-sale items are sold AS-IS with no warranty or returns.
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective part only.
  • Warranty does not guarantee upgraded or newer versions of the product line.
  • AutoJeweler reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time.
