AutoJeweler LLC is an automotive aftermarket retailer specializing in illuminated emblems, custom lighting, and related accessories. In addition to our own branded products, we may offer select third-party products that meet our standards of quality and value.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, suitability, or performance of any third-party products or information. Use of third-party products and services is at your own risk.

SECTION 22 – CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND FUND REVERSALS

A “chargeback” or “payment dispute” occurs when a buyer contacts their bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider to reverse or hold funds from a completed transaction.

  • Work with us first: Filing a chargeback is almost never necessary. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues, including product defects, shipping problems, or order errors, in accordance with our policies.
  • Impact of chargebacks: Chargebacks and payment disputes can take weeks or months to resolve. Funds may be held for an extended period, and your access to future purchases, warranties, or support may be affected while the case is open.
  • Our rights when a dispute is filed: If you file a chargeback, PayPal case, bank dispute, or similar payment reversal request, AutoJeweler LLC reserves the right to:
    • pause or cancel any pending shipments associated with your account;
    • temporarily suspend warranty coverage, return eligibility, or support for past and current orders tied to the disputed payment;
    • require the return and inspection of products before issuing any replacement or refund; and
    • provide documentation to the payment provider disputing any false, incomplete, or misleading claims.
  • No guarantee of outcome: Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund. The final decision is made by the payment provider or bank based on evidence submitted by both parties.

SECTION 23 – DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

  • Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are typically excluded from discounts unless specified.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are generally unable to apply discounts retroactively after an order has been placed.
  • We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any discount code or promotion at any time, without notice.

SECTION 24 – ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, or due to refusal of delivery, the following applies:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the cost to re-ship the order to an updated address.
  • Any “free shipping” promotion applied to the original order may be forfeited, as we have already paid to ship the package once.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of re-shipping, we may deduct our original shipping cost and any applicable fees from the refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 25 – CUSTOM-MADE AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Certain items are built or customized specifically for your order and are considered final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom or made-to-order headlights and taillights;
  • Custom or made-to-order fog lights and retrofit assemblies;
  • Custom-painted, hydro-dipped, or otherwise customized emblems and accessories;
  • Any products within our “AutoJeweler Custom Creations,” “Lit Retrofits,” “Prestige Paintworks,” or similar custom collections, as designated on the product page.

These items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started, and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect covered by our warranty. Please review all product details, processing times, and compatibility information carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 26 – MISSING PARTS

If your order arrives with missing parts or hardware that should have been included, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.

  • We will send the missing hardware or components at no additional cost once verified.
  • Missing parts or hardware are generally not eligible for refund by themselves; our obligation is to replace the missing items or provide a suitable solution at our discretion.

SECTION 27 – THIRD-PARTY BRANDS AND VENDORS

AutoJeweler LLC may sell products that are manufactured, licensed, or branded by third-party companies. While we work hard to offer high-quality products, certain warranties, trademarks, and fitment claims may be provided by those third-party brands.

We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks referenced for fitment or descriptive purposes (such as OEM vehicle names or model designations). Such references are used strictly to indicate compatibility and are not an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Any disputes regarding third-party products may involve the third-party manufacturer or vendor as part of the resolution process, in accordance with their policies.
