Return & Exchange Policy

Quick Summary

We accept returns on eligible non-custom products within 30 days of delivery when the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in like-new condition with original packaging. Standard products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Limited-edition / special products are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Custom-built, personalized, and clearance items are final sale. All returns and exchanges require prior approval and an approved RMA before anything is shipped back.

1. Product Categories

Standard Products
Non-customized, regularly stocked items sold in standard production form.

Examples may include:

  • Emblems
  • Side markers
  • Hitch covers
  • Key shells
  • Controllers
  • Harnesses
  • Similar accessories

Limited-Edition / Special Products
Products produced in limited quantities or designated by AutoJeweler as limited-edition, special-order, or limited-availability items. Returns may be accepted only if approved and are subject to a higher restocking fee.

Examples may include:

  • Flow Series Cobra
  • Shelby GT500 emblems
  • Mustang Pony variants marked as limited-edition
  • Any product specifically labeled by AutoJeweler as Limited-Edition or Special Product

Custom-Built / Personalized Products
Products made to order, customized, painted, assembled, or produced to a customer’s requested specifications.

Examples may include:

  • Custom-painted emblems and accessories
  • Custom-built headlights and tail lights
  • Custom illuminated or non-illuminated emblems
  • Custom license plates and frames
  • Similar made-to-order products

2. 30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return eligibility is determined based on carrier-confirmed delivery tracking. Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.


3. RMA Approval Required

All returns and exchanges require prior approval.

To request a return or exchange, you must:  Submit Warranty / Return Request Form

  • Submit the Warranty/Return Request Form 
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Provide clear photos of the item
  • Receive an approved RMA number before shipping

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused, denied, or returned to sender.

If approved, a prepaid return label may be provided at AutoJeweler’s discretion.

Approved returns and exchanges must be shipped within 10 days of the RMA being issued. Items shipped after this timeframe may be refused or denied.


4. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In like-new condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Returned with all included components, hardware, and accessories

Returns may be denied if the item shows any of the following:

  • Signs of installation
  • Mounting marks or hardware impressions
  • Wiring modifications, cutting, or splicing
  • Adhesive residue
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage
  • Missing packaging, parts, or components

If a return is denied due to condition, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


5. Refunds – Standard Products

All approved returns for eligible standard products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, processing, repackaging, and inventory handling.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval

6. Refunds – Limited-Edition Products

All approved returns for eligible limited-edition or special products are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

This higher fee reflects limited availability, special sourcing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory risk.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval
  • If a return is denied due to condition, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days for eligible non-custom products, subject to approval and inspection.

Exchanges:

  • Follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements
  • Require prior RMA approval
  • Require inspection before the replacement item ships
  • Are limited to one exchange per order

There is no restocking fee for an approved exchange of an eligible standard product.

If exchanging for a different product:

  • Any price difference must be paid before shipment
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Approved exchanges must be shipped within 10 days of the RMA being issued. Exchanges shipped after this timeframe may be refused or denied.


8. Custom-Built & Clearance Products (Final Sale)

All custom-built, personalized, made-to-order, and clearance/closeout products are final sale.

Because these products are built to order or sold as closeout merchandise:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges are not accepted
  • Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun

These products remain covered under the applicable Limited Warranty for verified manufacturing defects only.

Warranty coverage does not convert a final sale product into a returnable item.


9. Relationship to Warranty Coverage

This 30-Day Return Policy applies only to unused, uninstalled, eligible products that meet the requirements above.

After 30 days from delivery, products are covered only under the applicable Limited Warranty for verified manufacturing defects, if applicable.

Warranty coverage:

  • Does not include refunds beyond the 30-day return window
  • Does not cover improper installation, wiring errors, misuse, modification, or labor costs
  • Applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase

10. Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

If approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

AutoJeweler reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Excessive returns, abuse of policy, or fraudulent activity may result in refusal of future service.
