User-Generated Content Submission Disclaimer

These terms apply when customers, creators, installers, ambassadors, or partners submit photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, installation content, product demonstrations, social media posts, tags, direct messages, emails, or other content to AutoJeweler.

By submitting content to AutoJeweler LLC, including but not limited to photos, videos, reviews, written testimonials, installation content, product demonstrations, social media posts, tags, direct messages, emails, or content submitted through any AutoJeweler website, social media channel, form, email, or affiliated platform, you agree to the following terms:

Rights Granted

You grant AutoJeweler LLC, its affiliates, partners, contractors, and licensees a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, repost, modify, and create derivative works from your submitted content in any media or format. This includes, but is not limited to, use in marketing, advertising, websites, social media, email campaigns, product pages, print materials, promotional materials, paid ads, and marketplace listings.

Ownership and Authorization

You confirm that you are the original creator of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and approvals to submit the content to AutoJeweler. You also confirm that your content does not infringe on any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

Use of Name, Handle, and Likeness

You understand and agree that your content may be publicly displayed and may be associated with your name, business name, social media handle, vehicle, voice, image, likeness, or other identifying information if shared or submitted publicly.

No Compensation

Unless a separate written agreement has been signed by AutoJeweler LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive compensation, payment, royalties, or additional benefits for AutoJeweler’s use of your submitted content.

Content Standards

You agree that submitted content will not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading, hateful, inappropriate, defamatory, or infringing material. AutoJeweler reserves the right to review, reject, remove, edit, or stop using any submitted content at its sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoJeweler LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and licensees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your submitted content, including but not limited to claims involving intellectual property infringement, privacy rights, publicity rights, or unauthorized use.

Public Use Acknowledgment

You understand that submitted content may be visible to the public and may be used across AutoJeweler’s digital, print, marketplace, advertising, and promotional channels.
